Poetry, God, Music, Love, Hate, Life, Family, Friendship, Goals, and Aspirations

  1. Worry can do a lot of things to you. Prayer can do a lot of things for you.

  3. I want love like good music circling the fronts of huge speakers and transcending the same vibrations through the air that allow the world to gravitate. Soundtrack love. Evolutionary, love.

  4. i think i’ve almost figured it out…

i have been spending a lot of time lately thinking about my calling. actually, thinking about what it could be to more specific. you know, my purpose in this life and what it is that gives me meaning. i could use this space to go off and belabor on what it is that i think is bringing me closer to where it is that i’m trying to go orrr i could allow you, the reader, to figure this out on your own. i think i’ll end this post with one remark only… imagination is a wonderful commodity.

    more coffee please.

  7. Every single human being on this beloved earth:

    - Should take at least 15 minutes out of each day to stare into their reflection.

It is so amazing how we were once a seed and the amount of care that was put into our lives to make us the beautiful people that we are. Every single feature, noticed and unnoticed, needs to be taken into consideration.

I could go on and on about how beautiful we all are and how thankful we should be for that but I can’t express it enough. I’ll leave that for another post.

  8. Maybe I should like, write on here more

  9. 4/23

I wish things were sort of like highschool again. I wish I could still be able to run over to a close friend’s house to be greeted by her cute cats and the messy room of a genius. I miss my good friend Benie as I write this absolutely sappy post during Global Literature class. I miss the 3+ hour long conversations in which we’d try to find reasoning behind our feelings or better yet, embrace the fact that there is no reasoning behind them at all. I miss disagreeing with the statements that I wished too often were wrong. I miss having a sense of realness and togetherness in my life due to the friends that made life make sense with me while we did the most senseless things and engaged in the most empty relationships with guys we had no interest in. I love thinking about the moments and conversations that once were little rants during the time but were everything before we could even realize it. It’s true that the people who can get through to you can make a lifetime impact that can never be forgotten. These thoughts and memories give me the bit of happiness I can find on such a gloomy day in Paxton. I’m glad I just got my 15 minutes to be a total sap. Reinforcing the moments that made and still make life beautiful just brought my day from a 3 to a 10. I’m bubbling with content.
